gnc must have changed the womens ultra mega active vitamins recently. they are still large, but they smell and taste like chocolate now. they are the best vitamins ive ever had lol. i was caught off guard by your opinion of them, but then i saw the bottle and its different now. great video though, def learned a lot. so happy i subbed
so glad you made this video just a few questions how long did you do this routine and how much weight did you loose
I love to see a sister that gets into her workout! I was drinking protein drinks and taking the NO Explode as well. I was seeing results and was lifting weights I’d never done before. My boyfriend is a trainer and he was pushing me beyond my comfort zone. Then I was diagnosed with MS and suffered from extreme fatigue and had to give up the gym for a while… I’m trying to get back to it but maybe w/o the heavy lifting. I do water aerobics now like 2x a week. Kinda sucks but keeps me going.
What are the effects of the no xplode for you?
Thanks for this video, I got two products from it
Hello, What is the brand of muscle milk do you buy
lol @ just did push up before the vid
I recognize that red tub anywhere the hubby uses that for sure, now I see why he has all the energy before he goes and that I’m ready to leave lol!!
U look Great!
You all have been asking for my routine…so that is in the works!!
@mznaija23 Thank you for your concern, the pills themselves do not just make you sweat ,you have to be actually working out and balancing them with multi vitamins, & drinking water. They work, if you work, and since I actually work out and have an active lifestyle they are working for me. Also right before I did the video, I lifted weights and did push ups, I got my motor running and then the pills in conjunction with my work, caused me to sweat. The pills are not for everyone, but work for me
@reeses132 2
how many oxyelite pro pills do you take per day?
Be careful my friend they can cause damage the far burner!!
Be careful my friend they can cause damage yje far burner!!
I have to disagree with you on encouraging the use of “fat burners” aka diet pills. PLEASE PLEASE leave them alone!! Anything that will “make you burn fat without any work” (as in you start sweating while just sitting) is NOT HEALTHY!! Those that speed up your metabolism will also put additional stress on your heart and other organs in your body (TufaThanNigerianHair touched on this). Lose weight the natural way and keep yourself out of the emergency department…seriously!
Girl, you look awesome. Thank you for sharing this info. I just got back into working out. Please share your weight routine. We wanna know how to get those muscles. lol
@abht01 thank you!! For my biceps (in free weights) I lift 20lbs. Shoulders the same, triceps about 10-12.
But on the other machines which allow me to use more than one muscle, I lift between 50-90lbs
thx for the vid!!
obviously what you are doing is working. killer arms!!! I’m trying to get like you. What do you normally lift per day weight wise?
@NATSUNPRESIDENT …and I am doing it naturally, I am not having surgery, I am just using tools to help me along the way..right? I am so thankful to have you as a personal trainer looking out for me and steering me in the right direction.
@NATSUNPRESIDENT Thank you baby! This just made my day!! I CANNOT WAIT til you get home…
@Alethia1588 I say make sure you do your research first to see what will work for you, But I can tell you that adding protein and mutli vitamins mixed with weight lifting is a sure way to see results, Give yourself 6-8 weeks of consistency and you should see change. Try bodybuilder (dot) com
, it is a GREAT resource.
@NATSUNPRESIDENT exactly – intensity and what you eat are very important to help shift the body to burning fat
many bodybuilders do cardio 2x a day as they get close to “show time”. Clean eating makes it much easier to burn fat, and multivitamins help too
Thanks for the vids and keep them coming! Its very helpful for many of us! Just glad to see a sister working out and sharing the knowledge!
@TufaThanNigerianHair thanks for this comment – the ephedra- based fat burners are what caused many kidney, thyroid, and heart problems in the past. I have a colleague who is on dialysis and has a heart condition now after using the original hydroxycut. We are just looking out for your safety Sunshine
@okorolina Thanks for your feedback
I used to be a personal trainer by the way. The intensity level is very important when considered doing cardio. If your cardio sessions are not intensifying per week then it will be very difficult to increase your metabolic rate doing cardio. Weight Lifting on the other hand, in comparison to cardio activity will generally be more effective.The most important aspecst of losing weight is intensifying your activities and watching how much sugar you consume.
@NATSUNPRESIDENT (cont.) in summary wt training & cardio both burn calories. To burn fat, you need high energy demand from the muscles, as well as oxygen. In the video perhaps you alluded that having muscle not only gives you shape & tone, but the muscle works for you, burning calories 24/7 – even when you sleep (awesome!). Whereas for cardio, you have to work hard for every single calorie, and only have a 3-6 hr window of additional calories burned afterwards. thanks for your question.
